Summer's Cool Cake

This is another baking blog so this week we made

a banana cake with cool icing and I would like to tell 

you some cool things we did to make this cake 

so we just made a normal banana cake with all the mashed up bananas 

and stuff then we added some different colours like pink,blue and purple

and I blended blue and purple and added pink dots

Is there any way I could make my blog better??

 

My blog for this week

 My Dad helped me measure out the perimeter of my room, and we had to find the measurements of my furniture in my bed room and the perimeter of my bedroom. We wrote it all down on a piece of paper and then we had to add up the different measurements to give us the perimeters of the furniture and bedroom.

Then I drew it on some grid paper.

I enjoyed the little pigs and the wolf's point of view from the real tale to the classic tale story. We had to write down on our chrome books what the three pigs point of view was and the wolfs point of view was. we had to write down what they were thinking at that moment in the story.

Is there anyway I could make my blog better for this week.

my scones

 This  is my blog for today so i have kind of a ready talked about this in 

my other  blog   but i  didn't really talk much about it . I liked making  them 

 like when  I got to mix up the doughy stuff. Adding all the cream and 

jam yum  and watching them rise in the oven that looked so cool  i enjoyed 

making scones they were yum, easy and simple they had a  weird texture  when you got to need 

up the doughy stuff  together. Is there Any way i could make my blog better?? 😁

My lock down schoolwork

 

Hi this is my learning that  I have been doing at home,

 in our reading we read a book called No Fangs and No Fangs the sequel  and

we had to make a summary on the book we also did a quiz on the books.

On Monday we did our home learning which is our homework setup that was

okay .Now on to maths we did a lot like I mean a lot of problem solving on three different

ones and we did some  perimeters,  as well and some prototec . The best bit of this week which 

was today was making  scones yum they were so fun to make bye. 

Our new banking system

 WALT about income and expenses in financial literacy

this week we got this new banking system its called Banqer 

 and if you finish the quiz's you get money and it helpful for

 your learning  in money  and  it can help with  learning about

income , expenses ,return ,deposit ,finance and lots more and that"s all.

Its a bit tricky to navigate but I like it.

maths 25.3.2021

In our  maths group we played a game and the game tests your place value.

This is how the game  goes each player gets 6  cards  then each  card gets

 put down one by one  they have to say the number   lets say that one person 

 had 33 and the other 28 the person that said there number right and has the highest number

wins the fake money I found this game  fun it was hard because you have to make the highest number

At kiwi can we have been leaning to co-operate This week we played a game called: Bear, Salmon, Mosquito. The game goes like this: the bear beats the salmon, the salmon the beats the Mosquito, and the Mosquito beats the bear. There are two groups and they have to decide which animal they will battle the other team with. If they chose the wrong one that will lose😊.
